High Plains Mediation is a full service mediation and dispute resolution organization. Mediation services can be a valuable service to help explore and potentially aid in resolving issues and disputes. Our goal is to help conduct structured mediations that help each party explore and analyze their options - ultimately searching for possible win-win solutions. As with all mediations, reaching a solution is not always the optimal solution for both parties, however, we find that often-times mediation provides the most cost-effective and satisfactory results. 

We provide trained Mediators who can conduct both in-person and remote (online) mediations sessions. We also provie a diversified team of mediators we can provide for each mediation. Civil engineering, attorneies, and finance experts are currently available for mediation sessions. We believe these more indepth subject matter expertises allows for better more intuitive mediations.

As mentioned, our mediators are also trained in administering remote mediations. Remote mediations have become the norm. Don't sweat it though - we can help make the whole process simple and headache free. Let us know if there is anything we can do for you before a mediation session and we will do our best to accomodate reasonable requests.
