High Plains Mediation offers a variety of mediation services to help individuals and families resolve their disputes in an effective, efficient manner. Our mediation services include:

  •  Pre-Trial Litigation Mediation: The mediation process can often help resolve a dispute before it goes to trial. In this type of mediation, our experienced mediators are able to help the parties involved come to an agreement on the issues at hand without having to take the matter before a judge or jury. This mediation process helps alleviate court costs, reduce time spent in court appearances, and allows the parties involved to craft their own solutions that meet everyone’s needs in an equitable manner.
  • Estate Planning Mediation: When faced with estate planning disputes, mediation can be especially helpful as it enables family members to communicate openly while also providing an unbiased party who can help facilitate finding common ground between them all.
